QUALITATIVE SERVICES OFFERED
• Venue hire  including a hostess
• Catering  for  respondents (platter)
• Catering for clients – either a platter or a meal
• Recruiting of respondents – all respondents are screened before coming to the  venue & additional screening questionnaires  are completed before a  group starts
• All respondents details are stored on a internal database   to limit “groupies”
• Management – organising transcribers, moderators,  note  takers, incentives
 
 
 
QUANTITATIVE SERVICES OFFERED 

• Face to face interviews – consumer and  business to business
• In depth interviews – IDI’s
• Telephonic interviews – business and consumer
• Mystery shopping done by experienced field members
• Cati interviews
• In store interviews
• All projects are briefed to interviewers and supervisors by owner
• All questionnaires are edited by regional supervisors  and then a 100% re- edit are done at MJ DU PLESSIS RESEARCH in JHB  to ensure that a  high quality are maintained
• Regional supervisors are requested to do a 20% back check and then an additional 10-15%% back check is done by permanent staff at MJ DU PLESSIS RESEARCH  in JHB
